Prepared using "Riso Carnaioli della Lomellina", Truffle Risotto and Porcini mushroom Risotto are easy to make with surprising results, within few minutes you will have a delicious and successful dish. A must-to-eat- are also the "2serves" risottini, sized 170gr, to taste in many different flavors: saffran, tomato, cheese, asparagus.
